... in a pool!
Our diary entry dated 29.04.07:
Dear Diary,
Today was a very tiring, but fun day! We had to wake up really early (which is a very hard thing for everybody but very worth it) =)
We had our always delicious breakfast earlier at 6:00 and left Coober Pedy at 7:00 for a long trip that would take us to the biggest rock of the world: AYERS ROCK! That was definitely one of the things that made everybody excited!
Although it was very tiring because we drove the whole day, it was nice because we stopped in Marla Bore for morning tea at 10:00 and in Eridunda for lunch at 1:30 pm, besides, even being on the bus, it is always amazing being together with everybody, we have so much fun talking, listening to music, playing cards (we played a lot of UNO today which was really good, although almost all the players seemed to be cheating the whole game!) and even watching movies!
We watched two very funny movies today: American Pie and Dodge Ball. It has been great! By 4:30 we arrived at the camp. That was great because everybody went for sports and for a swim (the water was freezing but so refreshing) and at 7:00 pm we had a delicious meal (our cooker seems to never have got anything wrong, it's always delicious.
I said it was very tiring but very good! Being together with all the exchange students is definitely a gift! Friendships that will last forever! I'm loving it! Thank you so much!
