23 December 2014 • crush, list, merry
I LOVE the UK, the Queen, the scones, the telly, the tea, the shops, the humour, the different accents, well... you guessed it pretty much everything about the British culture. Hence the title of this series 'British Crush' where I will talk about something that I love about the country and its lifestyle.
I finally went to see Paddington at the cinema!

Christmas Party 2014
17 December 2014 • home, merry
On Sunday afternoon, I hosted the sweetest party! I really like the idea of attending a Christmas party and I know it's common in other countries but not so much in Belgium. So I invited over a few friends (19!) to gather around the tree with festive cocktails and cookies.
How to make a natural Christmas Wreath
16 December 2014 • home, merry
- Go for a run in a park or in the woods with a backpack.
- After a while stop to gather some dead sticks. Cut a few pine and holly branches.
- Once you're home have a shower. Start making a circle out of sticks. Tie them together with rope. This does not have to look perfect. You will have to make lots of knots.
- Try to insert as much pine branches as possible inside the little openings made by the sticks tied together.
- Do the whole circle obviously. Then add the holly branches in the same manner.
- For a finishing touch, add dried orange slices and hang on your front door.

Minimal Christmas
7 December 2014 • list, merry
It's that time of the year again. This time I am trying to reduce my holiday decorations from two boxes down to one - I know first world problems. I want to eliminate stress from December and sim-pli-fy the holidays. Not that I am receiving lots of people or that I go to a lot of Christmas related activities.. I just feel the urge to go lighter on the festive season extravaganza this year.

I LOVE the UK, the Queen, the scones, the telly, the tea, the shops, the humour, the different accents, well... you guessed it pretty much everything about the British culture. Hence the title of this series 'British Crush' where I will talk about something that I love about the country and its lifestyle.
